This project was born from the need to provide candidates for various design-related roles with more engaging and informative content. If we were looking to hire designers, why settle for just sending them plain text?
I was eager to be a part of this project from the moment I heard about it. The challenge was intriguing: how could we present this information to candidates in a visually compelling way? We focused on three distinct roles, and I created two designs using the then-unknown Redwood color palette and font, which were a key part of the project’s identity.
