Keynote Demos for Oracle Open World
Oracle OpenWorld is an annual event where Oracle showcases its latest products, features, and company news. The event attracts a diverse audience, including IT management, decision-makers, and end users of Oracle software. Given its significance, high-profile demonstrations are delivered by Oracle’s top executives, including Larry Ellison, to highlight the company’s most groundbreaking innovations.
Success Criteria
The goal was to deliver fully functional prototypes under tight deadlines, with constantly evolving requirements, all while maintaining a sharp focus on detail and visual quality.
I had the privilege of working as an Interaction Designer for Thomas Kurian’s 2017 Keynote and Larry Ellison’s 2018 Keynote. The pressure on each demo team was immense due to the high stakes involved. I’m proud to say that both demos were highly successful and were ranked among the best of their respective years.
